Welcome, 2023 GWE family! Sign up here for both WFA and CPR. In this class, you will learn to perform first aid tasks and CPR in a wilderness setting.
Wilderness First Aid is a two-day introduction to general medical concepts and basic life support skills. It is targeted to the outdoor enthusiast on day trips or short adventures. Professional instructors teach the course with significant patient care and backcountry experience. You'll gain the skills and confidence necessary to perform this life-saving procedure when it's needed most. All guides are required to have WFA/CPR in order to guide at GWE.
